Why is everything 50% off?
After 28 years, Vanttier is closing, and everything left from our last season is half price while it lasts. The reduction is already in the price, and taking two or three pieces adds to the saving at checkout.
What size should I order?
Your usual size leaves room for a shirt or a fine knit. If you plan to wear a chunky knit underneath, take one size up.
Are the coats waterproof?
They are made for cold, dry days and light drizzle, not for heavy rain. The description on each page lists the fabric.
How do I get 15% off?
Add your coat and any knit to the cart. Checkout takes 15% off both, and with a third piece it takes 20% off all three.
Do the two offers add up?
No. One offer applies per order. If your cart qualifies for both, checkout applies the one that saves you more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Free tracked delivery then takes 2 to 7 business days to the UK and the EU, and priority delivery from €4.95 is offered at checkout.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Write to support@vanttier.com with your order number and the size you need, and we send the instructions within 24 business hours.
