Why is everything 50% off?
After 28 years, Vanttier is closing, and everything left from our last season is half price while it lasts. The reduction is already in the price, and taking two or three pieces adds to the saving at checkout.
How does the knitwear fit?
Close to the body. Take your usual size to wear it on its own and one size up for a shirt underneath. Each page has a size guide in centimetres.
Will it pill?
Wool and cashmere can form small pills where they rub, mostly in the first weeks. A fabric comb lifts them off in a minute and the knit stays smooth after that.
How do I wash it?
Cold wool cycle or by hand, then dry flat. Do not tumble dry.
How does mix and save work?
Add any two pieces of knitwear or outerwear and checkout takes 15% off. Three or more pieces take 20% off. Sizes, colours and styles can differ.
Do the two offers add up?
No. One offer applies per order. If your cart qualifies for both, checkout applies the one that saves you more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Free tracked delivery then takes 2 to 7 business days to the UK and the EU, and priority delivery from €4.95 is offered at checkout.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Write to support@vanttier.com with your order number and the size you need, and we send the instructions within 24 business hours.
